Not only do you, the buyer, want a positive and pleasant transaction, but we do too! The following policies will help you make an informed decision BEFORE purchasing:

Should the wrong item be sent or an item arrive defective, a complete refund or replacement will be issued. The item MUST be returned to us before the refund or replacement is sent. We will refund the return shipping as well or send out a replacement at our expense.

Should you want to return an item because you have changed your mind, a refund for the purchase price ONLY will be issued upon receipt of the item. S/H is non-refundable on returns due to buyer's remorse.

We only accept returns within two weeks of the items Delivery Confirmation date. This means...if the item(s)arrive on the 7th, you need to contact us by the 21st. We WILL NOT accept returns after two weeks or on USED items.

Insurance is optional but recommended. We use a third-party insurer. Should your parcel become lost in that great postal abyss, we will either give you a complete refund or replacement.

We ship as quickly as possible. We know you want your items quickly and we want you to have them to enjoy as soon as possible. Due to our high demand, we normally ship within 5 to 7 days. Please take this into account when purchasing.
